	JOSEPH M. FRYZ, JR. Principal A founding partner of TARQUINCoRE, Joe Fryz has more than 20 years of broad-based commercial real estate experience, covering leasing, management, construction and development. As a CPA and a former corporate controller, his financial background adds another level of expertise to this unique mix. A native of the Pittsburgh area, Joe holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from West Virginia University and an MBA from Robert Morris College. Prior to forming TARQUINCoRE, Joe served as senior leasing manager in the Pittsburgh office of Grubb & Ellis, and later as senior vice president of Tri-State Realty Inc. Most recently, he was president of CoRE Associates, a tenant representation firm. Joe is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Greater Pittsburgh Board of Realtors.
