Jennifer joined the TARQUINCoRE team in 2002. Originally from New Castle, she is a life-long resident of Western Pennsylvania. Jennifer is a licensed Pennsylvania Real Estate Salesperson, a Realtor, and has completed several requirements towards earning her broker’s license

Prior to entering the field of commercial real estate, Jennifer was a communication studies major in college. In 2001 she earned a Bachelors Degree in Liberal Arts from California University of Pennsylvania. Here, she studied radio/television communication, marketing and public relations. Her educational background has served her well in this industry, giving her the ability to communicate effectively with clients and prospects alike. She is very knowledgeable in many of the latest, most-advanced real estate tools such as demographic and aerial services, CoStar, and MindMatrix InVision software.

Jennifer specializes in office and retail leasing. She belongs to the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is involved with Pittsburgh’s chapter of Young Real Estate Professionals.
