Jose Raymundo
Investment Sales Specialist

In 2008, TARQUINCoRE brought on board full-time investment sales specialist, Jose Raymundo. Jose’s primary role at TARQUINCoRE includes the representation of buyers and sellers for their acquisition and disposition needs. He is dedicated solely to fulfilling this role within the firm.

Prior to joining TARQUINCoRE, Jose worked for a real estate investor/developer where his major focus was acquisitions. He was involved in the entire acquisition process, which included sourcing, underwriting/analyzing, presenting and preparing bid/investment committee presentations, structuring and obtaining financing, and closing of real estate investments. He has experience in the areas of leasing and property management as well.

Mr. Raymundo is a 1993 graduate of the University of Notre Dame and a 1997 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Business and Public Health.
