TARQUINCoRE brokered the lease of a 51,870 square foot industrial building located on the North Side of Pittsburgh.

Edge1909 is a 364-unit apartment building built within The Buncher Company's dynamic mixed-use development, Riverfront Landing.  The project was developed by The NRP Group and is the first phase of a development that will ultimately represent 800-950 luxury multi-family units in the Strip District neighborhood.  

TARQUINCoRE sold a 17-acre tract of land in North Fayette to The Elmhurst Group for future office development.

TARQUINCoRE represented ABC Supply Company in locating and purchasing a 26,504 square foot industrial building.

TARQUINCoRE brokered the sale of 38.881 acres of land at Starpointe Business Park for the construction of a 455,000 square foot warehouse facility which was completed in 2019.

Pine Street Commons is an active senior living complex in Meadville, developed by Calamar Inc.  TARQUINCoRE helped the Wheatfield, NY based company find and purchase the vacant land.

TARQUINCoRE is a preferred developer and has worked with Rite Aid to open 30+ new stores in the Western PA market.  This location on Clifton Road in Bethel Park was a new construction which opened in 2018.

New Rite Aid location was built along South Main Street in Butler and opened in 2014.  Also part of this development, was the construction of a 233-space parking garage and a 76-room hotel; both opened in 2016.

TARQUINCoRE assisted Continental Real Estate in identifying and purchasing a 19.73-acre tract of land in Moon Township.  The land was sold for a senior living development, that was completed in 2019.

Sold a 78,000 square foot industrial building in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania.

TARQUINCoRE assembled adjacent land parcels to create value for Owner.  Land sold to NRP Group for apartment community, Ascent430 located in Warrendale.

City Vista, a 272-unit apartment project developed by Atlanta-based Oxford Properties within Parkway Center.  DeLorenzo lead the 26-acre land acquisition and entitlement process.  Sold to Oxford Properties by TARQUINCoRE.
