PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Pat joined TARQUINCoRE, LLC as a Principal in 2017, and has represented a broad range of clientele locally, regionally and nationally in acquisitions, dispositions, lease and sale negotiations and development of commercial and industrial real estate.
​
Pat has been a part of Southwestern Pennsylvania's commercial and industrial real estate industry for more than 20 years. His focus has been primarily on industrial sales and leasing. Prior to joining TC, Mr. Tracy was a Vice President at Colliers International, Vice President with Langholz Wilson Ellis, a Vice President of Marketing for Time Warner Communications, Property Manager for Landmark Communications and was President and Minority Owner of Pittsburgh Direct. He has a BS degree from James Madison University and MBA studies at Old Dominion University.
