Starpointe Business Park is a Washington County Council on Economic Development (WCCED) project that, when completed, will occupy 1,153 acres of highly accessible land.  The project is situated at the intersection of State Routes 18 and 22 in Hanover Township, Washington County; a location commonly associated with the site of The Pavilion at Star Lake.

Phase 1 of the project is a 148-acre subdivision offering a strategic location, building-ready parcels and inexpensive land costs.  A generous financial incentive program is available from a strongly competitive taxed Washington County, further enhances the site's advantageous location for manufacturing, research, headquarters or branch office use.
