STARPOINTE BUSINESS PARK

Property Description

Starpointe Business Park is a Washington County Council on Economic Development (WCCED) project that, when completed, will occupy 1,153 acres of highly accessible land.  The project is situated at the intersection of State Routes 18 and 22 in Hanover Township, Washington County; a location commonly associated with the site of First Niagara Pavilion & Amphitheater.
